We’re pleased to announce that we’ve now completed Phase 4 of our Gosforth restoration and renovation project – the completion of the bespoke brick walls with traditional stone copings, iron railings and radial brickwork.
This has been an extensive house renovation which was begun in November 2024 and involved the gutting and groundworks necessary for a project of this scale. Phase 2 of the project, the completion of a full kitchen extension, exterior groundworks and bespoke paving was completed during the Summer of 2024, while Phase 3 of the renovation project which concentrated on building the exterior garden walls was begun in late Spring of 2025.
The final part of our sympathetic renovation of this beautiful period property involved the creation of bespoke radial brick walls with traditional stone copings and paving to the side and front of the house. We were careful to source brick which was in keeping with the original brick used when the house was built. We acreated templates for the stone radius copings which were bespoke manufactured by the quarry used to source the stone which we then installed.
We’ve added photographs of the completed work below and as you can see, the walls and railings look beautiful In fact, while were were completing the build, we had some lovely compliments about the walls from passers-by which has to be a good sign!
