At the beginning of Autumn 2022 CJK Builders Consett began work on a double house extension in Hexham, Northumberland. The building project was a joint enterprise between two neighbours which consists of a full length extension across both properties plus a loft conversion. The project is now approaching completion. During the build the clients also pulled down the old outbuilding as it was unsafe, which has lead to a new structure and retaining wall being required.
