CJK Builders is currently working on a stone sunroom extension in Shotley Bridge. The project involves the demolition of an existing conservatory and the construction of a stone sunroom. A large paving area and garden walls will also be part of the build.
It’s a great compliment to us when a client returns with a new building project that they’d like us to undertake for them. This time we’ve been asked to build a high-end house extension to the rear of the property. The extension is substantial and reconfigures the downstairs living space to include an open-plan kitchen and living area which also incorporates the existing sun-room.
