CJK Builders have just completed a garden patio and replaced the fascia’s and guttering to a property in Gateshead.

CJK Builders Ltd have been asked to complete masonry and groundworks to a property in Stanley County Durham.

It’s a great compliment to us when a client returns with a new building project that they’d like us to undertake for them. This time we’ve been asked to build a high-end house extension to the rear of the property.  The extension is substantial and reconfigures the downstairs living space to include an open-plan kitchen and living area which also incorporates the existing sun-room.

CJK Builders Consett have now begun work on a beautiful stone built garage conversion in Shotley Bridge, Durham. The build consists of converting an existing integral garage into a study area to give our client a useful and spacious area to work.

CJK Builders have now completed Phase 4 of the sympathetic renovation of a beautiful Gosforth property including creation of bespoke radial brick walls with traditional stone copings and paving to the side and front of the house.

Extension and renovation of a semi-detached property in Witton-Le-Wear, County Durham. The project consisted of the conversion of the two semis into a single large detached stone built house and featured the addition of two rear extensions to link the backs of the properties, a cat slider dormer and the internal structural alterations necessary to convert the two houses into one.
